Gary Landa

Gary is a co-founder of Pacific Legal and a Fellow of the Law Society, with more than 20 years’ experience in litigation and consumer financial redress.

After an extensive career in litigation, Gary moved into representing consumers who believed they had been mis-sold financial products. His experience includes complaints involving payment protection insurance, business loan hedging products, pensions, self-invested personal pensions and other investment arrangements.

At Pacific Legal, Gary contributes to the strategic direction of the practice and the development of its consumer-redress services. He works closely with the legal, operational and client-services teams to identify potential consumer harm and ensure that complaints are supported by appropriate evidence and investigation.

Gary has been involved in the development and delivery of large-scale financial-claims projects and has considerable experience in the practical management of complex complaint workstreams.

He remains focused on helping consumers understand and challenge financial advice, charges or arrangements that may not have been suitable or properly explained.
