Dominic is Operations Manager at Pacific Legal and has more than 10 years’ experience in the claims and consumer-redress sector.

Throughout his career, he has specialised in managing and improving the claims journey, from a client’s initial enquiry through to investigation, complaint submission and final resolution. His experience includes overseeing operational processes, supporting claims teams and identifying ways to make complex matters easier for clients to understand.

At Pacific Legal, Dominic is responsible for the day-to-day management of claims operations. He works closely with the legal, client-service and management teams to ensure that matters are progressed accurately, consistently and in accordance with the firm’s procedures.

His role includes monitoring workloads, improving internal processes, resolving operational issues and helping teams obtain the information and evidence needed to assess and progress complaints.

Dominic is particularly focused on creating a clear and supportive client experience. He aims to reduce unnecessary delays, maintain effective communication and ensure that each matter receives appropriate attention throughout its lifecycle.

His practical experience and process-led approach support Pacific Legal’s delivery of organised, evidence-based consumer-redress services.
